Allergies?!

As most people know, Mommy is allergic to dogs and horses, and possibly cats. She gets asthma, hives, and swollen, itchy eyes. It's miserable which is why Mommy is not such a fan of dogs, horses, and possibly cats.

We had hoped Abbie would not be allergic, but it appears that she is. Unfortunately we're not exactly sure what she is allergic to. She was eating a Larabar (apple pie flavor) and a few minutes later she was swelling up. We called the doctor's office and spoke to the nurse who suggested Benadryl and not a trip to the hospital.

Benadryl seems to be doing the trick because the swelling is going down; she's continuing to breath, and not getting any more rashes.
