New trick

Abbie can now undress herself. She may ask for assistance with the zipper, but the rest of the clothes she can manage. We have even noticed that if you specifically ask her not to remove her jacket and refuse to assist her with the zipper, she manages to unzip by herself.

It can be a little disconcerting to be at one's desk working away on an important client issue and then look up and see naked Abbie. Yes, she has figured out how to remove the diaper too. Happily she can work the trash can and so she removes the diaper and puts it in the trash can. Unhappily she's decided she needs to have a new diaper every 20 minutes. Thus far she has only removed wet and dry diapers; she is afraid (with good reason) to remove and contend with the dirty diapers.
