She's not even two , but already Abbie shows a profound understanding of the laws of physics. Let us explain....Pictured is Abbie attempting to force Mommy to get up and come see the baby in the coffee shop. Note that Abbie is not grabbing Mommy's arm and trying to pull her off the chair. Abbie understands that she will have limited success moving large* objects with brute strength. Instead Abbie has wedged her hand under Mommy's leg and is attempting to use it as a second-class lever to force Mommy up.
While Mommy is thrilled to see another example of Abbie's brilliance displayed, she is less thrilled with the whining and annoyance of this particular display of brilliance.
*Large as used here is a relative term. Let's remember that Abbie only weighs about 22 pounds so anything over 100 pounds is large.
