Abbie, Mommy, Daddy, Uncle Pat and Terri traveled to Providence, Rhode Island and Portsmouth, New Hampshire on their way to Boston, Massachusettes and the annual American Institute of Architects annual convention.

In Providence, Daddy and Abbie watched a dance troupe which was part of a Rhode Island School of Design street fair. Daddy strapped himself in and climbed a rock wall which was also part of the street festival.

And Abbie took a bath in the Biltmore Hotel bathtub (if you're ever in Rhode Island you really, really should stay at the Biltmore.) In addition to the nice bathtub, there is a water feature in the lobby. "Wa-wa lobby" is what Abbie dubbed the fountain.
