Abbie Day

We have just ended a period of change and upheaval at the Abbie household. First, way back in February the company that Mommy works for was sold. We knew this would mean changes for Mommy and possibly some changes for Abbie, but no one knew exactly what those changes would be. Turns out that Mommy was offered a new position with the new company that she was very, very happy to accept. But Mommy's days of working from home were going to end. Which meant we needed to find someone to watch Abbie while Mommy and Daddy both went to work.

Happily Jasmine agreed to taking Abbie four days a week. This was a good solution even though Mommy and Daddy worried about coordinating the picking up and dropping off of Abbie since Murrow lives the exact opposite direction of both work places.

Then Murrow's momma and poppa announced they were moving to Houston. And taking Murrow with them. While we are very sad that Murrow has moved away (oh, and Momma and Poppa too), we are very happy they didn't take Jazzy with them. So after a couple of weeks of going to Jasmine's house (Mommy's new work place didn't have a spot for her until just recently after the company moved to the second floor of the building) Jazzy now comes to our house in the mornings.

Things have worked out pretty well. Mommy loves her new job and loves being in Fremont. Abbie loves being at her house with her friends Maiya, Tess and Jasmine.
