The Wind in the Willows

Mommy, Daddy, and Abbie went to Volunteer Park last Sunday to see the play, The Wind in the Willows. To Mommy's surprise, Abbie thoroughly enjoyed the play and stayed focused on it for the entire 90 minutes. She greatly enjoyed Mr. Toad (dibit, dibit) and thought the weasels were very silly.

Before the play started, Abbie was busy pointing out all of the naked babies at the play. Since it was a warm day, there were a few babies with nothing on. However, Abbie identifies anyone without a shirt on as a "naked baby." This included the hirsute man on a blanket in front of us. "Oh no, mama, naked baby" she would exclaim (over and over and over again) as she pointed her finger at him. Fortunately for everyone it wasn't too long before the sun went behind the trees and the "naked baby" put a shirt on.
