She's looking a little gangsta with her pants down below her underwear and the hat pulled low over her eyes. And I think that might be a prison tattoo on her belly.
(OK it's not a prison tattoo but merely one line from an address stamp she was using on her tummy. I guess she was trying to mail herself somewhere. Silly girl didn't realize that the address stamp has her address on it so she'd just be mailed right back here.)
