It arrived in the mail in a thick envelope on the same day Mommy completed another application and emailed two other schools about scheduling a tour of the facilities. This flurry of activity because Plan B and Plan C schools advised us that we are on the waiting list for 2009-2010 school and would we care to have our applications held for 2010-2011? Wha? It's a letter from Plan A, and it starts, "We are delighted...."
Don't get me wrong, the current daycare situation is wonderful. One cannot begin to list all of the good things about Jasmine and what fun Abbie has had with The Girlz. But it's time for Abbie to go to preschool.
And happily for us, Northwest Montessori School agrees and has accepted Abbie and her family for 2009-2010 admission. My baby is going to school.
