Grandpa came up from California for a visit. Abbie, Mommy, and Grandpa headed over to Twisp to visit Uncle Bob and have a little family reunion. It's about a four and a half hour drive from Seattle to Twisp; Abbie started asking, "Are we ever going to be there?" after hour one.
When we got to within 3 miles of Bob's house we stopped at Winthrop for a tank of gas, a tour through town and some ice cream. If you're ever in Winthrop I recommend the homemade Lemon Custard ice cream.
