Four!

Abbie is now four years old! Where has the time gone? Being four means no more naps at school - instead she gets to stay up with the big kids and work. Hard to believe that she sees this as a positive thing; most people I know would much prefer an afternoon nap to an afternoon work session. And, instead of a car seat, she gets to ride in a booster seat. The booster seat is exciting because she uses a seat belt instead of being trapped in her seat. This means she has a little room to maneuver in the back seat. Now she can reach for her own paper and crayons and if she drops a baby on the floor, she can (mostly) retrieve it herself.

Hurray for four!
