Poutine

When in Canada one eats Poutine. Or, for those who are not fans of gravy there are plain frites. During our four days in Canada we managed to be busy during the regular lunch hours and mostly didn't eat until after 3 PM. And then when we did eat it was things like a large order of frites with or without gravy and cheese curds.

Upon our return to Seattle we are dining on roasted vegetables and polenta. Lots and lots of roasted vegetables.
