Poor Abbie. Doesn't Mommy know that Abbie is a growing girl? Why would she dress her in pants that are too small? How is a girl that's 15 1/2 months old supposed to wear pants designed for a 12 month old? And probably a 12 month old who wears slimming disposable diapers not the adds-inches-and-pounds cloth diapers Mommy and Daddy make Abbie wear.Have you ever seen anything more pathetic?
