More Denver

Mommy and Abbie visited the Denver Art Museum and Abbie was soooo perfect when it mattered. Mommy really wanted to see the Inspiring Impressionism exhibit so she bravely bought her ticket and decided to hope for the best. There were no other toddlers in the exhibit because, well, a special exhibit at an art museum is really not the place to bring a toddler. It's crowded. People are whispering about the art and nothing, nothing can be touched.

But Abbie was happy to play with the audio tour wand and to look for babies. Thank goodness the fine curator included several paintings of mothers and babies including (could we be any luckier?) a mother nursing a baby. Abbie and I discussed that painting for quite a while. (Mommy, milk, baby, milk.) The exhibit is coming to Seattle and we highly recommend it.
